Hello, I’m Jack, Office Administrator at Bradwell Hall.
I am currently studying and I have nearly completed my Charted Management Degree . I previously worked for an engineering company where I completed an apprenticeship in charted management. While completing my apprenticeship I also worked at Bradwell Hall part-time with the Maintenance Team for many years.

Hello, my name is Jake Carson . I began my role as Purchasing and Budget Co-ordinator in 2025. I take the helm organizing replacement equipment buys along with researching and product testing the latest products available to our homes. I co-ordinate all the budgets across all 4 of our sites. I am currently studying towards my HND Business Management Degree. Outside of work I am a keen Paddle and Ice Hockey player. I have also previously worked at Bradwell supporting the Maintenance Team, so I have a good understanding of all the various aspects of the business.

Hello, I’m Caroline Morris, Clinical Operations Director at Bradwell Hall.
I am a qualified nurse with over 30 years of experience, primarily specialising in nursing home management. I have worked both regionally and nationally. Previously, I owned a successful nursing recruitment business and a training company. At Bradwell Hall, I work closely with our home managers and staff to deliver the best individualised care for our residents, ensuring their home is a safe and welcoming environment. We also prioritise support for the relatives and friends of our residents. With a strong interest in patient safety, I am actively involved in the Deterioration Patient Safety Network. The genuine care of our team, along with seeing our residents happy, makes my day. I truly love my job and feel privileged to be part of such a passionate company.

My name is Karen, and I am the Home Manager at Bradwell Hall, where I have been in post since December 2023. I have dedicated my career to the care sector, beginning in 1998 after college and completing my nursing qualifications in 2007. Since then, I have worked extensively with adults with complex needs, including formal mental and physical health diagnoses. By 2009, I had progressed into my first leadership position, where I began honing my skills in care management.
Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about providing individualised, person-centred care. My approach is to support each individual based on their unique needs and abilities, rather than focusing solely on diagnoses. As a manager, I believe it is essential to know the ladies and gentlemen who reside at Bradwell Hall personally; we are like a family. I also maintain strong clinical oversight of their care, which allows me to ensure that my team has the support they need to deliver the highest standards of care to every resident.

I’m Tess, the Activities Coordinator at Bradwell Hall Nursing Home, where I’ve proudly worked for 15 years. I began as a carer and was later promoted to my current role. Bringing joy and laughter to our residents is my passion, and I aim to create meaningful, personalised activities that brighten their days. I love spending time getting to know each resident individually, understanding their interests, and tailoring activities to make each moment special. I’m dedicated to giving 100 percent in all I do and work well with the team to ensure our residents feel cared for, engaged, and valued.

I have worked for the company for many years, previously at our sister site Woodview Care Home but transitioned to Activities to continue making a meaningful impact. I’ve completed various courses to enhance my skills and bring new ideas to my role. Creating engaging and purposeful activities is a passion of mine, and I’m dedicated to bringing joy and positivity to our residents every day. It’s a privilege to be part of their lives.

Hi, my name is Clare and I’m the head housekeeper at Bradwell Hall Nursing Home.
My role is assisting the housekeeping team on a daily basis with all general duties of housekeeping, including carpet cleaning, laundry, deep cleans, maintaining the cleanliness of bathrooms and communal areas and making sure residents’ rooms are turned out to a high standard. Due to the nature of my job, I assist on 8 units across the home and get the chance to get to know all the residents and have a daily catch up, which puts a smile on their faces. I get great pleasure in assisting the care team and always happy to help.

Hello my name is Siobhan, Im a quality care co-ordinator and I have been with the company since 2024, I act as a central point of contact to ensure seamless, personalised and high quality care. I help residents navigate the home when they first arrive. I help to to coordinate appointments, manage care plans, monitor needs, and facilitate communication between providers such as the NHS and residents, ensuring a holistic, joined-up approach.

Hello, I’m Olivia. I have been working as a Care Quality Coordinator at BHNH for nearly a year and I have 13 years of prior experience in the care sector mainly working as senior healthcare and infection control supervisor.
I love working on the quality team because it encompasses all areas of care, from training staff to maintaining high standards of care at all times to the cleanliness and homeliness of the units I work on. We work closely with everyone from residents and their families to staff and visiting professionals with the aim to offer our support to whoever may require it. In my spare time I mostly enjoy being out in nature with my little boy Rudy and our three dogs.

Hello, my name is Michelle Wooding, and I am the Manager of the Audley Unit here at Bradwell Hall Nursing Home. I grew up in the beautiful Isle of Man, and I’ve had the privilege of working in the nursing profession for 29 years. I started my career as an auxiliary nurse and worked my way up, gaining experience in various roles. Over time, I progressed to senior care, then completed my nurse training, and became a Clinical Lead. I’ve also held roles as a Deputy Manager and Home Manager at another nursing home.
However, I decided to step down from my managerial role to become Unit Manager at Audley so I could work more closely with the residents. I truly love my job, and the relationships I build with both staff and residents are what make it so fulfilling.
I’ve been told by staff that I’m kind, caring, a good listener, friendly, and always willing to help. I pride myself on going above and beyond for both the team and the residents. One of our residents once said I’m “an angel without wings,” which touched me deeply and reinforced my passion for this work.
Being in a leadership role allows me to create a caring, supportive environment where both staff and residents feel valued. I’m proud to be part of such a dedicated team, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact at Bradwell Hall.

Hello I’m Mandy, I have been the in-house hair stylist at Bradwell Hall since 2019. I have decades of experience in Hair dressing. I have a passion for traditional hair styles, such as perms and rinses. I really enjoy working in the home and I particularly love the joy a fresh hair style gives a resident after not being able to receive one for some time before coming here. Hair dressing is a regular staple for all of us , I bring normality to residents staying at the home and I love hearing all of their stories whenever I visit them.

Hi, my name is Nigel and I oversee the Maintenance at Bradwell Hall. I have always been a keen DIYer, so when the opportunity came up for me to join the family business, I easily adapted into the role. It is very rewarding to help to keep the home running smoothly. I especially like the project work, when we revamp a bedroom or lounge area, or update a bathroom. It is lovely to see all the positive responses from the residents, visitors and staff.

Hello, my name is Amy and I am the unit manager of the Keele and Breward unit. I started working at Bradwell Hall in 2025. My experience includes working in a nursing home as a Deputy Manager, as well as a Senior Staff Nurse and Clinical Lead.
Whilst working in various homes I gained valuable knowledge and skills on a variety of sectors that are beneficial to the home. I gained a lot of experience in palliative/ end of life nursing care.
I have a passion for person-centred elderly and Nursing care and feel that my approachable attitude and skills have a positive impact on the residents and team.
